CISNA – Social and Professional Integration Program

CISNA supports participants toward employment through a field-based method: intake, assessment, trial day, employer feedback, targeted training, integration and follow-up.

Training is adapted to the real requirements of employment partners.

CISNA programs and pathways

Pre-employability

Punctuality, attitude and communication. Duration: 1 to 2 weeks.

Practical training

Cleaning, kitchen support, handling, building services, field services and auto flip. Duration: 1 to 5 days.

Employer trial day

Real-world work exposure with an employment partner.

Job integration

Supported return to the workplace.

Follow-up and retention

Follow-up with both participant and employer.

Youth pathway for ages 14 to 17.

AMS

Accompaniment, Mobility and Service with vulnerable clients and youth. This is not medical training.
